A wallpaper I designed using one of my Second Life avatar products as a model.
Son of Baal, lord of the flies. He resides in the higher regions of hell above the flame. Half flesh half cinder. When the intelligent profane escape past the dogs and watchers to try and elude from forced penance this is the entity that impales them back to the sticky hot brimstone surface where their captors chain them again.

Thanks, it matches several living demonic weapons of my SL fallen series. In game the avatar has retractable spikes and the wings/tail extrude on flight.
